How to Start your Morning for a Best Day
Tired of being getting up in the same way
and have no idea what to do first then from now you should start working on
that routine. It’s not the job of organized people but everyone can do that if
you have the will. Even you can plan on how to get along with the day while you
are rolling in the bed or getting up. Living a healthy, positive and organized
way to achieve daily goals are easy but for that you only need some planning
and efforts to make it on the right track. From making a habit of getting up
early in the morning to sleeping well at the end of the require some of your

Good Morning
The things that you should considered for
good morning is waking yourself up at time and by that I doesn’t mean let keep
the waking alarm on line. You should be able to wake up when the alarm starts
to ring at first. Making a habit of it will save you a lot of time that you
can’t make for the first class or reaching at the job in time.
After waking up, stay put for a while in
the bed and don’t rush to get up. Give time to your body to waking up at all
and also giving it a time of just 5 minutes so that all the metabolism starts
working.
Never switched on your lights after the
waking up from sleeping and never see you phone or other tech for messages or
mail as the intense light can affect your eyes and you can feel headaches all
along the day. At least give a hour to see all the text and mail. Some people
jumps direct to get a coffee from coffee machine
and in such position getting near to electric wires can be dangerous.
Get Hydrated & Stay focused
Get a glass of water after waking up so
that you don’t feel sore throat and your body can get something after a long
sleep with nothing in the stomach. Don’t drink too much cold or hot water and
always go for the normal tap water with lemon in it to remove the digestion
toxin from the body.
Keep yourself in the loop so that you have
an idea how to spend the day. Start the morning with smile so that your mind
can be moved towards producing good feels neurotransmitter like dopamine and
endorphins. Start your day with smile and the more your mood is good in the
morning, the more chance you have to spend the day with good mood.
Morning Workout
Staying healthy and fit doesn’t came with
just start smiling in the morning and spend a good day but you also need to do
some workout to burn your fats, cholesterol and calories for shaping your body.
You can take a short track for running
around it or you can do in door gym to stay fit. If you have keen desire to pay
for your fitness go to the professional. Females can also do running or they
can go to professional trainers. Some people also give time to Yoga or other
meditation tool to calm their inner self and focused on internal energy.
Get a Hygienic and healthy Breakfast
Doctors always says “Never miss your
breakfast” and that not because of your body need food but its food ingredients
that we take on each morning and their effect on the day.
Taking
a whole lot of coffee or milk with proteins, healthy fats and carbohydrate
grains put a lot on your body maintenance over the day. Depending upon your
food choice the but always get a coffee or milk with the breakfast so that you
have fast energetic and staying focused caffeine in your body.
Plan of the day
Here the most important part of the morning
stuff that keep your day cheerful, organized and on the road. Now is the time
after breakfast to look on your mails, text messages and answer machine. Take a
notes on small dairy about every task that you want to do and always assign
specific time to do that task.
From students to job, every thing should be
written with full concentration that what would be your activities all along
the day. If important because during working hour you may miss some task on the
way but if you have already written your’s “to do list” then its difficult to
forget. You can also put these task on your smartphone notes or laptop sticky
notes on the screen to stay connected with your day.
Go according to plan till the end of the
day. Its not important that you do exactly what you have planned and for the
first time its going be some difficult for you and repeating that every morning
can make your habit of going according to the plan.
